Randy’s planned single winter of serious skiing in Colorado has stretched into 47 years, the last 32 in Ridgway. He grew up in Los Angeles, graduated from UCLA and served on active duty in the Navy. His wife Kathy is a retired nurse and his grown son, Garrett, lives in Grand Junction, CO. Randy has worked in real estate in Ouray County since 1989, is a co-owner of RE/MAX Cimarron Realty and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He built his own passive solar adobe home and enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and gardening.

Adam Trujillo

Adam is a native of Ouray County with a background as an appraiser for the Ouray County Asessor’s office. He lives in the city of Ouray, and is also the Ouray High School Boys Basketball Coach. Adam has three grown children – Haley, Malori, and Tanner. He has been in the real estate business since 1992 and a co-owner of RE/MAX Cimarron Realty since 1995. Adam is a Platinum Club Member and a 2001 inductee into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

Shari Gardner

Shari, a Colorado native, grew up in Gunnison; and received a BA & MA from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. She was an administrator, athletic director and physical education teacher at Graland Country Day School in Denver. In 1993, she moved to Ridgway, CO and embarked on her second career as a real estate agent. She and her husband, Randy Gardner, enjoy all the outdoor activities that this beautiful area has to offer. Alan Stapleton

Alan is a fifth generation Colorado native, whose family roots, here, date back to 1874. He is a graduate of Western State College in Business Administration and Accounting. Alan co-owned and operated several successful restaurant franchises in Colorado Springs. In 1993, he and his wife, Mary, moved to Ouray County and became very active in the community. Alan is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate: subdivision lots and homes, alpine property, commercial, as well as in-town land and homes. Donna graduated from the University of California, and married her late husband, Pete, in 1968. Together, they raised 2 children, and now she has 5 grandchildren. Donna has been in real estate since 1973, thirty of those were spent with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s in Scottsdale, Arizona, and she has been a licensed broker in Colorado since 2004. She is extremely detail-oriented, conscientious, and dedicated to insuring that all of her client’s needs are met for a successful close.

Pat Ahern

Pat and his wife, Julie, came through Ridgway in 1992 and by 1994 they were full-time residents. Pat grew up in Breckenridge, CO; competed as part of the U.S. ski team at the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo (1984), and has worked as a ski patrol at Telluride and Bluebird Backcountry ski resorts. Pat, Julie, and their son, Cooper; love Ridgway for its size and friendliness. Pat really knows this area, and he will do his best to find the property that will satisfy your dreams.

Al Campbell

Al grew up in San Diego, CA; and graduated from Sterling College in Kansas. He served as an Army radioman in an artillery unit during the Viet Nam war (1968 – 70). After the war, he returned to San Diego; working as a bank lending officer, and then owned a skylight manufacturing company. In 1991, Al and his late wife, Kathy; moved to Ridgway where he started working as a real estate agent. He has 3 children, 7 grand-children and 3 great-grand children. Al continues to enjoy showing beautiful properties in Ouray county.

Erin Eddy

Erin is a Colorado native, having grown up in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins. He moved to Durango in 1987, and earned a Business degree from Fort Lewis College. Over the next 34 years, Erin owned and operated various motels, campgrounds, and construction companies. In 2009, he founded and built the very successful Ouray Brewery in Ouray, CO. He has also worked in real estate dating back to 2004. Erin has six grown children, and his hobbies include parenting, ice climbing, skiing, fly-fishing, rafting, kayaking, and construction. Erin is excited to be the newest agent at RE/MAX Cimarron Realty.
